Feel free to register for all available positions that interest you—though we recommend completing one application process before starting another. **Responsibilities and Duties** **JOB MISSION:** Provide technical support to computer network users, performing diverse and routine tasks of low-to-medium complexity involving hardware infrastructure (desktops, notebooks, servers, peripherals, and network administration), telecommunications, website administration, and information security—based on established plans, general or specific guidelines, goals, and predefined work routines—performing tests, verifying system requirements and functionality, updating programs and versions, performing backups, providing clarifications and support, and requesting specific training when necessary—ensuring equipment and system availability and functionality—carrying out data collection, tabulation, and preliminary technical analysis related to the area of operation. **MAIN DUTIES:** * Experience in technical support; * Knowledge of basic commands (Ping, Tracert, Ipconfig, etc.); * Basic knowledge of: o Joining machines to a domain; o TCP/IP networks; * Computer formatting; * Basic hardware knowledge (replacing memory modules and hard drives in notebooks and desktops); * Wi-Fi antenna configuration; * Proficiency with Microsoft tools (OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office Suite); * Prior experience with Microsoft 365 (creation, modification, and revocation of access) will be considered a plus. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Computer Maintenance: * Software installation and configuration; * Cloning and distribution of images to client machines; * Level-1 hardware maintenance—preventive and corrective; * Replacement of defective equipment; * Opening tickets with third-party vendors (Internet service providers, print outsourcing, etc.); * Printer mapping and consumables replacement (toner); * Wi-Fi network maintenance and installation (resets, installation, and performance monitoring); * Installation and management of network assets; * Network cable crimping; * Incident handling via the 4Biz platform. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (completed or currently pursuing). **Computer Skills:** * Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday – 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM **Benefits:** * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Allowance or Parking; * TotalPass; * Pharmacy Benefit; * Life Insurance; * Study Grant.
