About the Area You will join the New Business team within the Finance department, focusing on the financial performance of our partnerships. This is a highly visible position—you will closely track how each partnership impacts company results, while also helping to model upcoming partnerships. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Building and maintaining dashboards and financial performance reports for active partnerships * Financially modeling new partnerships to support feasibility decision-making * Monitoring the pipeline of new partnerships, tracking inflow and progression of each one * Directly engaging with new partners to support financial onboarding * Preparing executive presentations with analyses and recommendations * Identifying patterns, risks, and opportunities in partnership financial data; ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **What we expect from you** * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields * Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data organization) * Proficiency with PowerPoint for creating clear and concise presentations * Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot)—we use them daily and expect you to do the same * Analytical mindset: enthusiasm for diving into numbers and transforming data into insights * Strong communication skills—you’ll interact with colleagues across departments and external partners * Autonomy to manage deliverables with ownership, seeking help when needed **Nice-to-have qualifications** * Power BI knowledge * Experience with HubSpot or other CRMs * Prior exposure to SAP * Previous experience in financial modeling—even academic experience counts ### **BENEFITS** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Incentive campaigns * Christmas basket * Benefits club * Eco Salva coverage * Year-end celebration * Education institution partnership * Birthday day-off * Discounts on company products and services * Dedicated dining area * Profit-sharing program * Group life insurance * Corporate university * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher or fuel allowance ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
