Here, we value people, encourage continuous development, and collectively build the future of technology. **Job Mission:** Work in the Cloud Support area, delivering high-complexity technical support to internal and external customers, ensuring stability and continuity of cloud services. Continuously stay updated on major cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS, and others), applying advanced solutions aligned with industry best practices. Conduct targeted training sessions and develop process and solution documentation to disseminate knowledge across the Level 1 support team. **Responsibilities:** * Configure and manage cloud services (virtual machines, virtual networks, storage, databases, application services, identity management, network infrastructure, Kubernetes infrastructure, etc.); * Collaborate with technical teams (DevOps, Security, Data, etc.); * Implement cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS) based on incident requirements; * Provide technical consulting to Solo customers, resolving issues and answering questions related to cloud platforms; * Stay updated on the latest cloud trends and technologies by participating in trainings, workshops, conferences, etc.; * Participate in technical meetings and discussions to provide insights and guidance on the clouds supported by Solo; * Document incidents; * Provide technical support to customers; * Design cloud architectures; * Automate infrastructure tasks (IaC) using industry-standard tools such as ARM, PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform, etc.; * Serve as the technical reference point for support analysts. **Specific Knowledge Requirements:** Azure specialist with skills in IaaS, Kubernetes, and Azure Front Door. **Preferred Certifications:** AZ\-400 and/or AZ\-500, or equivalent certifications on other cloud platforms. **Field of Study:** IT, Computer Networking, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
