Job Summary: Coordinate the development of real estate products from land analysis through to execution, with emphasis on preliminary studies and project management. Key Highlights: 1. Liaison with investors and property owners **Position: Real Estate Product Manager (Steel Frame) Architect** **Location:** Curitiba/PR **Work Model:** Hybrid **Employment Type:** Independent Contractor (PJ) **Reporting To:** CEO directly **Responsibilities:** * Land analysis and real estate product definition * Development of preliminary studies, volumetric analysis, and marketable proposals * Coordination of architectural projects and integration with engineering * Support in licensing, documentation, and budgeting * Liaison with investors, property owners, and real estate agents * Oversight of the product through to the execution phase **Requirements:** * Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning with active CAU registration * Proficiency in Revit and/or SketchUp (BIM) * Strategic mindset with focus on feasibility * Strong organizational and communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Steel Frame construction * Background in real estate development and construction site operations **Compensation (PJ):** * Fixed: R$ 3.000,00/month * Performance-based variable (up to R$ 15.000,00 per product) **Resume Submission:** WhatsApp: (41) 99513-3248 Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
