Negotiation of international freight and logistics terms Requirements – Junior Import Analyst - Degree in International Trade, Logistics, or Business Administration. - Experience in import processes (maritime/air). - Knowledge of Siscomex, DUIMP/DI, customs clearance, NCM, drawback, and Ex-Tariff. - Intermediate English. - Intermediate Excel. - Ability to calculate import taxes and costs. - Organization, attention to detail, and good communication skills. Responsibilities - Execute and monitor the entire import process, from order placement to delivery at the facility. - Perform follow-up with suppliers, agents, and customs brokers. - Verify documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, etc.). - Control deadlines, costs, taxes, and import performance indicators. - Negotiate international freight and logistics terms. - Register processes in the system and keep all departments informed. - Carry out cost reduction projects (domestic and import)
