Support basic client service An accounting firm in Londrina (Downtown) is seeking a Junior Corporate Analyst. **Responsibilities:** Handle company registration, amendment, and dissolution processes. Draft articles of incorporation and amendments. Prepare documents for filing with the Commercial Registry and the Federal Revenue Service. Request and organize certificates, permits, and municipal and state registrations. Organize document workflows and ensure compliance with deadlines.
