Job Summary: The professional will provide support and maintenance for SAP environments, handling service tickets, applying corrections, monitoring integrations, and supporting end users, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. We are seeking a professional to provide support and maintenance for the SAP environment, handling Level 1 and Level 2 service tickets, applying corrective notes and configurations, monitoring integrations, supporting key users, and assisting with regression testing. The professional will be responsible for preparing documentation and functional specifications, monitoring and prioritizing service tickets according to SLA, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and system stability. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in technology-related fields; * Experience in SAP environment support and maintenance; * Knowledge of business processes and requirements analysis; * Experience in end-user support and service ticket management; * Analytical ability, organization, and problem-solving focus; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
