**RECEPTIONIST** Victor Hugo Advogados is seeking a RECEPTIONIST to join its team in FLORES \- PE, who will be responsible for the initial client reception and administrative support tasks, ensuring organization, courtesy, and professionalism during the first contact with the office. Victor Hugo Advogados Associados is a law firm specializing in Social Security Law, with over 21,000 clients and more than 5,000 active cases. Main responsibilities * Greet clients and visitors courteously and professionally; * Handle telephone, in\-person, and WhatsApp/email communications; * Manage attorneys’ schedules and meeting room bookings; * Organize and manage documents, protocols, and correspondence; * Register new clients and update client information in the system; * Support general administrative tasks within the office; * Maintain order and cleanliness at the reception area and common spaces; * Assist with sending and receiving documents and files. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service roles; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Professional demeanor, courtesy, and organizational ability.
