This role will be responsible for integrating key business areas: logistics, delivery operations, expansion, commercial, and technology—ensuring operational efficiency, standardization, and sustainable growth, while also serving as a bridge between executive leadership and teams. If you seek challenges and wish to join an expanding project, **grow with us.** Key Responsibilities: * Plan, structure, and optimize operational and logistical processes, promoting standardization and continuous improvement. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. * Ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability in delivery and logistics operations. * Lead and support expansion strategies, including launching and structuring operations in new cities. * Prioritize and validate technology and system development requests aligned with operational needs. * Collaborate closely with Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing teams. * Develop leadership capabilities and strengthen the performance of operational teams. * Ensure an efficient and high-quality experience for customers, partner establishments, and delivery personnel. Requirements: * Experience managing logistics operations, delivery operations, or field operations. * Experience managing and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs). * Experience leading and developing operational teams. * Experience structuring and standardizing processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, Process Management, or related fields. * Willingness to travel occasionally, especially during expansion initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in marketplace, delivery, or urban logistics operations. * Experience in operational expansion, launching operations in new cities, or setting up new units. * Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of operational processes.
