About the opportunity We are seeking a Purchasing Assistant to join our team and directly support departmental routines, contributing to process organization, information control, and internal departmental support. This professional will play an important role in monitoring operational and administrative tasks related to purchasing, products, and commercial support. Key responsibilities * Product registration in the system * Maintenance of group registration in the sales system * Support for curation * Receiving containerized goods * Preparing non-conformance reports for goods * Monitoring photos generated by the quality department in the system * Assisting in product display at the showroom * Providing commercial department with product information * Issuing purchase orders in the system Requirements * Prior experience in administrative, purchasing, logistics, or commercial routines * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Ability to work effectively in a team Preferred qualifications * Experience with ERP systems * Knowledge of Google Sheets * Completed or ongoing degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields Working hours Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break) Benefits * Breakfast and lunch provided by the company, with a single monthly deduction of R$ 21.26 * Transportation allowance or iFood Benefits card support * Wellhub * Starbem * Partnership with DASA * Birthday day off Payment method * 40% of salary paid on the 15th * 60% of salary paid on the last business day of the month Join our team.
