Feel free to register for all available positions that interest you—though we recommend completing one application process before starting another. **Responsibilities and Duties** **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide in-person, telephone, email, and WhatsApp support to patients, teachers, and students; * Contact patients for appointment scheduling, confirmation, and absence justification; * Register patients in the system, issue contracts, and handle billing; * Maintain and update patient records; * Update patient attendance daily in the electronic medical record; * Contact delinquent accounts; * Distribute keys for laboratory use; * Keep the workplace organized. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Minimum completed high school diploma. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** 12:00 PM–9:00 PM (Monday–Friday) and 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (Saturday) — 220 hours/month **Benefits:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Pharmacy Benefits; * Childcare Assistance; * Totalpass (discounts at affiliated gyms); * Study Grant.
