Job Summary: Responsible for tax routine tasks, tax calculation, and tax support, with a focus on recording and verifying fiscal invoices. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to monitor tax legislation Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM **Responsibilities** * Record and verify **input and output fiscal invoices** (goods, services, imports, returns, among others). * Verify **applicable taxation** (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS) according to current legislation. * Support **tax calculation** and preparation of information for the accounting/tax department. * Perform **fiscal classification of products and transactions**. * Assist in generating and verifying **accessory obligations** (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, EFD, among others). * Manage and organize **fiscal documentation and electronic files**. * Provide internal departments with support regarding **tax-related questions concerning invoices and taxes**. * Monitor updates to **tax legislation applicable to the company's activities**. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in or completed undergraduate studies in **Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields**. * Prior experience in **tax routine tasks**, preferably in an industrial setting. * Knowledge of **taxation (ICMS, IPI, PIS, and COFINS)**. * Familiarity with **ERP systems** and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). **Desired Competencies** * Attention to detail and organizational skills * Logical and analytical reasoning * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams **Advantages** * Experience with **SPED Fiscal and accessory obligations** * Knowledge of **fiscal classification and industrial tax legislation** **Benefits** * [Health insurance] * [Meal allowance] * [Transportation voucher] * [Other company benefits] Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$2\.500,00 \- R$2\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Food basket * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Workplace: On-site
