Develop and implement solutions to reduce waste, increase productivity, and improve quality. Conduct studies and tests to validate process changes and innovations. Ensure compliance with applicable technical and regulatory standards. Generate and monitor performance indicators, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. Support automation and digitalization projects for processes. Act as a facilitator in applying methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM. Train operational teams on implementing improvements and new processes. Ensure adherence to established time and method standards for production processes in new projects. Focus on process improvement and excellence. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree: Industrial Engineering. Experience in manufacturing industries is a strong advantage.
