If you are analytical, proactive, and thrive in dynamic environments, this role is ideal for you. **Job Responsibilities Proactive Monitoring and Observability** * Continuously monitor **Linux and Windows servers**, **hypervisors (Proxmox and VMware)**, **firewalls**, **switches**, **Wi-Fi APs**, and other network and security assets. * Use **Zabbix and Grafana** to create dashboards, define KPIs, configure alerts, and track infrastructure health indicators. * Act preventively by identifying anomalies and risks before they escalate into incidents. **Monitoring Deployment and Management** * Deploy and manage **Zabbix Server, proxies, agents, and integrations**, creating custom templates, items, triggers, actions, and dashboards. * Integrate Zabbix with Grafana for advanced metric visualization. * Continuously enhance our clients’ monitoring environment, ensuring full coverage of all assets. **Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution** * Diagnose and resolve incidents related to servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and security devices, based on detected alerts. * Respond directly to critical incidents, documenting actions taken, impacts, and resolutions. **Technical Support – NOC / Infrastructure** * Provide technical support focused on infrastructure, network, virtualization, connectivity, and information security operations. * Handle tickets related to managed services offered by Futura. **Configuration and Security** * Configure and administer **Next-Generation Firewalls**, wireless solutions, manageable switches, and security policies. * Support implementation of improvements in network and security environments. **Backup Management** * Implement, monitor, and validate **on-premises and cloud backup routines**, ensuring rapid recovery in case of failures. **Documentation** * Document environments, incidents, configurations, and operational procedures. * Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in the ticketing system. **Requirements and Qualifications Mandatory** * **2 years’ experience** in infrastructure or NOC roles. * **Proven experience with Zabbix and Grafana**, including: * Deployment, configuration, and maintenance. * Dashboard and visualization creation. * Alert diagnosis and resolution. * Hands-on experience monitoring **hypervisors** (Proxmox, VMware), firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi APs, and servers. * Solid networking knowledge: VLANs, routing, VPNs, and topologies. * Experience with **virtualization** (Proxmox, VMware, or Hyper-V). * Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux. * Analytical mindset, agility in problem solving, and excellent communication skills. * Bachelor’s degree in IT (in progress or completed). * Driver’s license category B (category AB preferred). **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in NOC, MSP, or data center environments. * Knowledge of NGFW, automation (Bash/PowerShell/Python), or ITSM tools. * Certifications: Microsoft, LPI, CCNA, AZ-900, or similar. * Technical English proficiency. **Benefits and Advantages** * Career development plan and incentives for studies and certifications. * Profit-sharing (PLR), quarterly bonuses, and performance awards. * Health and dental insurance. * Meal allowance, transportation allowance, cost-of-living assistance, and life insurance. * Access to Gympass. * A relaxed, collaborative, and highly autonomous work environment. **Selection Process** Includes resume screening and technical interview.
