Job Summary: We are seeking an intern for tax consulting, with a focus on client prospecting, needs identification, and sales support, within a collaborative and professionally developmental environment. We seek motivated professionals who embrace challenges, possess a strong business-oriented mindset, and are driven to identify opportunities and solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in prospecting new clients and servicing existing clients; * Assist in researching leads, receiving and organizing received leads; * Record customer information in the system; * Provide detailed information about qualified leads, including interaction history and key points of interest; * Maintain up-to-date lead records with relevant information regarding their profile, interests, and stage in the sales funnel; * Identify customer needs and determine the best approach for service delivery, along with other supporting activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or Business Processes. * Minimum availability of 1 year for internship. **Skills:** * Customer service proficiency; ability to work well in teams; organizational skills; proactivity; commitment; and responsibility. **Additional Information** **We Offer:** * Internship stipend of R$1.100,00 + VT (TRI) + VR/VA amounting to R$ 34.10 (per working day); * Life insurance; * Gym benefits; * SESC membership. **Internship Schedule:** 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (2-hour break), Monday to Friday.
