Experience Experience in building/industrial maintenance and utilities maintenance (compressors, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, burners). Knowledge Knowledge of electrical energy, industrial maintenance, control systems, and automation. Responsibilities Serve and advise internal and external clients and suppliers. Classify, organize, process data, prepare, and store equipment, instruments, and materials for consulting and research and development projects, in accordance with pre-established quality, safety, environmental, hygiene, and health standards. Prepare, schedule, operate, and maintain machines, equipment, and/or devices for consulting and research and development projects, in accordance with established standards. Perform, monitor, and document metrology procedures, destructive and non-destructive testing, in compliance with pre-established norms and standards. Prepare reports, proposals, budgets, technical opinions, correspondence, texts, and documents related to the field. Participate in the development, implementation, and updating of technical and administrative standards, institutional materials, procedure manuals, and processes within the area of expertise. Participate in the preparation, execution, and monitoring of planning, budgeting, and team management processes within the area of expertise and/or integrated areas. Prepare, interpret, and implement technical drawings relevant to the field of expertise. Manage inventory of materials within the area. Identify problems and propose improvement solutions. Participate in the preparation of programs and training sessions related to the area of expertise and/or integrated areas.
