




Job Summary: The Energy Management Analyst provides operational support to the Distributed Generation Specialist, ensuring daily client monitoring, data accuracy, and interface with distribution utilities. Support in analysis and continuous process improvement The Energy Management Analyst will serve as operational support to the Distributed Generation Specialist, ensuring daily monitoring of client portfolios, accuracy of consumption and generation data, and proper interface with electricity distribution utilities. Responsibilities include maintaining updated billing, credit allocation, and energy credit balance bank processes; as well as opening and monitoring technical/commercial tickets with utility concessionaires. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Monitor clients’ energy credit balance banks and flag deviations or expiration risks; * Monitor consumption, generation, and compensation of UCs via internal systems and utility distribution portals, ensuring data consistency; * Prepare energy credit allocation spreadsheets among beneficiary units, adhering to contracts and regulatory rules; * Issue, verify, and reconcile monthly billing (energy, power plant leasing, and services) in alignment with the Power Plants team; * Open and monitor tickets with distribution utilities (e.g., change of account holder, invoice corrections, metering adjustments); * Generate periodic performance reports (kWh generated, % compensated, balance KPIs) for clients and internal leadership; * Support the DG Specialist in analyses related to power plant allocation, portfolio expansion, and regulatory efficiency projects; * Maintain an updated database (contracts, installation numbers, connection deadlines), ensuring traceability and compliance; * Interact with internal teams (Commercial, Customer Service, Finance) to clarify operational queries and align client requirements; * Participate in continuous improvement of DG processes, proposing automations and standardizations to reduce errors and increase productivity; * Monitor consumer billing and energy balance; * Provide support for other departmental activities; **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; * Preferred: Advanced Excel skills, programming knowledge, familiarity with the energy market; **Location** * Bento Gonçalves, Porto Alegre, or Florianópolis
