




**What we expect from you:** * High school diploma. * Experience in receiving, inspecting, picking, and handling goods. * Experience with the SAP system is considered a plus. * Prioritization skills are desirable. * Ability to learn, practice, and consistently adhere to company procedures, standards, and rules. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A day in the life of a Logistics Operator:** * RECEIVING GOODS: + Performs quantitative and qualitative receipt of both commercial and non-commercial goods (e.g., equipment, office supplies), verifying and identifying overall condition, supplier, length, reference number, color tone, expiration date, etc. + Prepares the physical space and necessary equipment for proper receipt, avoiding loss of productivity during inspection. + Records all relevant details about received goods (quantities, apparent condition, expiration dates, etc.) in the inspection report, ensuring quality and preventing losses. + Stores goods at the correct warehouse location by reading the receipt slip to expedite future order picking or delivery. + Labels products missing or defective barcodes and applies security labels to theft-prone items, ensuring goods delivered to retail are ready for sale. + Sorts goods according to flow type—store goods versus warehouse goods. + Releases goods for storage in the store or warehouse by contacting the Replenishment or Storage team to perform storage (receiving note). + Conducts anti-shrinkage actions through rigorous qualitative and quantitative checks on received goods, maintaining efficient vehicle flow in the Goods Receiving yard and proper handling of material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, cages). + Keeps equipment, tools, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) organized. + Safely stacks pallets to prevent damage to property and injury to people. + Maintains a clean and organized receiving area to help combat shrinkage and prevent workplace accidents. + Receives shrinkage-validated goods from retail, performing qualitative and quantitative inspections and placing shrinkage-identified items in the designated disposal area. + Receives supplier returns validated by retail, conducting qualitative and quantitative inspections and scheduling pickup. + Receives shipments for Technical Support, performing qualitative and quantitative inspections and scheduling pickup. * PICKUP AND HOME DELIVERY: + Picks RSS (Reserve Stock), identifies products, and informs the Commercial Department of the pick. + Assigns physical locations for goods, reserving space and managing rotating inventory based on the RSS product list. + Delivers goods to customers promptly and courteously, loading them into the customer’s vehicle. + Picks and inspects goods, verifying all items listed on the issued order, making them available for customer pickup at the Goods Pickup Counter or for carrier pickup (home delivery). * REPLENISHMENT: + Restocks products in the store appropriately. * INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: + Stores goods and ensures inventory quality and reliability. + Reviews daily orders generated by the Commercial Department, analyzes data consistency required in orders (addresses, phone numbers, delivery dates, references, availability, etc.), organizes orders chronologically, and releases them for billing. + Handles incoming calls to inform customers about delivery timelines. + Reports any issues involving the picking, operations, or products teams to the Logistics Supervisor. + Assists the Logistics Supervisor in efficiently executing warehouse slotting (setup, rotating inventories, etc.). + Processes canceled RSS orders daily. + Records shrinkage incidents identified during goods picking. + Maintains good relations and serves as the liaison with third-party carriers. + Collaborates with the Customer Service team to proactively address potential goods-related issues. + Reports goods-related incidents to the Logistics Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager. + Serves as the primary contact point at the Goods Pickup Counter. + Is responsible for their work equipment. + Complies with safety regulations.
