We are looking for a talent to fill the position of Junior HR Analyst. **Let’s transform collaboration into results—together?** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities to be performed:** * Monitor and analyze headcount management across departments, controlling hires and terminations to ensure workforce alignment with corporate guidelines; * Receive personnel requisition (PR) requests from business unit departments and manage the approval workflow according to the established recruitment and selection procedure; * Assess budgetary availability and departmental headcount status at the time of vacancy request; * Monitor PR approval status and evaluate whether to conduct the process via internal and/or external recruitment; * Maintain ongoing communication with managers regarding vacancy openings and progress, through periodic status reports on recruitment processes; * Update the distributor’s communication channels with information about hires, promotions, and internal movements; * Monitor and communicate Recruitment & Selection (R&S) indicators to managers, while providing periodic reports on the distributor’s vacancy status. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education Level:** Completed undergraduate degree. **Field of Study:** Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, or related fields. **Courses and Specializations:** Specialization in People Management or related areas is desirable. **Technical Competencies:** * Experience aligning candidate profiles and mapping requirements; * Advanced candidate prospecting (hunting); * Resume screening and pre-qualification; * Conducting competency-based interviews (STAR methodology); * Administering and analyzing technical and behavioral assessments (DISC, MAPA); * Analyzing Recruitment & Selection metrics and data; * Managing selection processes on platforms such as Gupy and SuccessFactors; * Preparing technical candidate evaluation reports; * Managing SLAs, vacancy pipelines, and demand prioritization. **Additional Information** **Why apply:** By joining Grupo Equatorial, you become part of a growing company whose culture values continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
