Main Responsibilities * **Operate the cash register** Register merchandise and process customer payments using cash, cards (credit/debit), and other payment methods. * **Provide courteous customer service** Greet customers attentively, assist with inquiries, and ensure a positive experience. * **Comply with internal policies** Follow company policies regarding interpersonal relations, conduct, and agile processes. * **Open and close the cash register** Count cash, verify balances, ensure sufficient change, identify and resolve discrepancies. * **Issue invoices and receipts** Provide purchase confirmations using the company’s systems. * **Organize the cashier area** Keep the area clean, organized, and well-stocked; replenish supplies such as receipt rolls, shopping bags, etc. * **Prevent losses and fraud** Observe and act to prevent irregularities in transactions. * **Efficiency and attention to detail** Work quickly and accurately—especially during peak hours—with precise change handling and accurate recordkeeping. Work Routine * Typically follows a **6×1 schedule**, with two Sundays off per month. * **Standard shift**: 1:25 PM to 10:00 PM, extendable as needed.
