




Responsibilities: Responsible for food pre-preparation, including cutting, sorting, washing, placing items for cooking, cleaning the work area, organizing, and preparing meals under the supervision of the immediate supervisor. Obligations: - Assist in food preparation by performing support tasks as directed by the kitchen leader, such as washing or sanitizing vegetables, peeling vegetables, slicing, cutting or grinding meats, etc.; - Ensure quality and efficiency of the process to meet customer satisfaction; - Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area by removing trash and waste, sanitizing the entire kitchen and all utensils (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, tables, countertops, sinks, stoves, ovens, refrigerators, juice machines, and others) used; - Organize the storage area for products and cleaning supplies; - Perform more intensive weekly cleaning of the area, equipment, and facilities: wash floors, windows and tiles, clean light fixtures and fans, sanitize the refrigerator, oven, stove, cabinets, shelves and pantry, ensuring proper presentation of the area; - Carry out other tasks related to the position, as determined by the immediate supervisor.
