Job Summary: Professional responsible for executing and verifying tax routines, ensuring legal compliance, recording invoices, and calculating taxes. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and submission of ancillary obligations Position: Tax Assistant/Analyst Benefits: Meal/Voucher Allowance (VR/VA); Transportation Allowance (VT) Salary: R$ 2.558,28 - 3.249,00 Work Model: CLT - On-site - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Location: Ponta Verde, Maceió - AL, 57035-120 Responsibilities: Execution and verification of tax routines, ensuring compliance with current legislation. Recording and validation of input, output, and service invoices. Calculation of direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, ISS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL). Tax analysis and classification of products and services (NCM, CFOP, and CST). Preparation and submission of ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contribuições, GIA, DCTF, among others). Issuance and control of tax payment slips. Configuration and verification of tax rules in ERP systems. Client support for technical clarifications and assistance on tax-related requests. Support during tax audits, inspections, and regularization of pending matters. Support for monthly tax closing and preparation of management reports. Requirements: * Experience in tax accounting and calculation of municipal, state, and federal taxes. * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
