We are looking for a professional to fill the role of Tactical Maintenance Executive for High Voltage (HV) and Automation. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities to be performed:** * Coordinate maintenance indicator management for High Voltage (HV) assets and automation systems by continuously monitoring results, critically analyzing deviations, and applying continuous improvement methodologies—ensuring operational efficiency and system reliability. * Plan, control, and monitor area investments (investment pipeline), including physical\-financial forecasting, budgetary control, and project execution—ensuring alignment with strategic planning and appropriate asset capitalization. * Supervise the execution of maintenance and construction plans—including commissioning, testing, and energization activities—ensuring quality standards, safety, schedule compliance, and maximum asset availability. * Manage service contracts, monitor supplier performance, plan material demand, and lead mobilization and demobilization processes—ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and contractual compliance. * Ensure process standardization across regional units, participate in strategic governance forums, and promote technical team development—guaranteeing organizational alignment and continuous improvement of area practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education Level:** Completed undergraduate degree **Required Field of Study:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or related fields. **Courses:** Specialization or MBA in Power Systems, Electrical Systems Maintenance, Electrical Systems Automation, or related areas is desirable. **Technical Competencies:** * Experience managing maintenance of High Voltage (HV) assets and automation of electrical distribution systems * Experience in planning, controlling, and monitoring CAPEX and OPEX investments applied to maintenance and automation * Experience managing technical service contracts, including measurement tracking, team productivity monitoring, and cost control * Experience managing commissioning of construction projects and equipment deployment in substations and distribution networks * Knowledge of physical\-financial planning and control for power system projects and construction works * Familiarity with corporate asset and maintenance management systems, with emphasis on SAP (PM and MM modules) * Proficiency in operational and financial performance indicators applied to maintenance and automation management * Knowledge of technical standards, operational procedures, and regulations applicable to power systems **Additional Information** Why apply: Joining Grupo Equatorial means becoming part of an expanding company whose culture values continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
