**About the position** The Parmegianno Group consists of brands that share the same essence: offering memorable gastronomic experiences with excellent service, welcoming environments, and food made with passion. With three operating units — Galeteria Parmegianno, Parmegianno Ponta Verde, and Parmegianno Pátio — and two new projects about to be launched, we are looking for people who share our purpose and want to grow with us. The stock clerk is responsible for ensuring the receipt, control, and supply of inputs and materials in the units. This person checks deliveries, organizes products, and maintains accurate records, ensuring all areas have the necessary support to function properly. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team, this position might be for you! **On a daily basis, you will:** Receive and inspect goods from suppliers, checking quantities, expiration dates, and package integrity Record product entries into the system and forward invoices to the responsible departments Handle requests for inputs and materials from operational areas, separating and recording deliveries Record product transfers and withdrawals between departments and control movements in the system Perform counts and inventories, comparing them with balances and correcting discrepancies Monitor losses, damages, and consumption, maintaining a history of incidents Track inventory levels and report when restocking is needed Organize storage spaces according to product expiration, preservation, and category Follow hygiene, safety, and material preservation procedures **What we expect from you:** Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or related fields High school diploma Attention to detail, responsibility, and organization Efficiency and commitment to deadlines and standards Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different departments **Desired technical skills:** * Receiving and inspecting goods * Inventory control and record keeping * Input entries, withdrawals, and transfers * Recording transactions in management systems * Physical counting and product inventory * Loss and damage control * Inventory organization and food storage * Understanding of technical sheets and departmental consumption * Communication with operational teams and leadership * Attention to detail and verification of information **Do you identify with this position?
