The Food and Beverage (F&B) Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and strategic management of all food and beverage service operations within a restaurant. This professional supervises kitchen and dining room teams, ensuring excellence in product quality, guest service, and departmental profitability. The F&B Coordinator plays a crucial role in creating high-quality gastronomic experiences, maintaining the restaurant's standards and contributing to its success.
**Team Supervision:** Lead, train, and guide kitchen, dining room, and bar teams, ensuring all staff align with the restaurant’s goals and procedures. Menu Planning: Collaborate with the executive chef and sommelier to develop and adjust food and beverage menus, ensuring high-quality offerings and alignment with customer preferences. Cost Control: Monitor and manage operational costs, including inventory management, supplier negotiations, and waste analysis, aiming to maximize departmental profitability. Guest Experience: Ensure guest satisfaction by supervising service delivery, resolving issues promptly, and implementing continuous service improvements.
