YOUR TYPICAL WORKDAY: * Greet customers arriving at the parking facility; • Identify whether customers are authorized users (sticker displayed on the vehicle’s rearview mirror), monthly pass holders, or condominium residents; * Verify the cash drawer balance at the start of your shift; * Operate the cash register equipment in garages and parking lots (issuing vehicle entry and exit tickets); * Manually issue vehicle entry tickets (recording license plate number, brand, and model); * Safely and prudently maneuver vehicles to their designated parking spots (in accordance with the parking facility’s established standards); * Deliver vehicles back to customers; * Organize and manage vehicle parking within the garage; * Maintain constant vigilance; * Immediately inform the supervisor of any refusal to present valid credentials; * Complete the shift-end cash register closing report. COMPETENCIES WE SEEK: * Completed elementary education; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) category B; * Proficiency/knowledge operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles; * Integration and Collaboration; * Engagement; * Productivity and Efficiency; * Customer-Centric Mindset. Employment Type: Permanent – CLT Work Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (with weekly rest days and one Sunday per month off) – We have openings for all shifts due to our 24/7 operation.
