Incident resolution and infrastructure data management Ginseng Group | Maceió - AL | On-site Job Description Analyze and implement new IT infrastructures; ensure the proper operation of existing infrastructure. Prioritize GMUD and innovation-related requests aligned with departmental guidelines; document and design IT infrastructure while keeping it up to date; ensure compliance with IT SLAs based on IT-related demands; provide Level 3 support for complex IT issues.
