**1.** Provides in-person and online customer service, assisting customers in selecting products; **2.** Receives, controls, and processes orders from applications; **3.** Records customer complaints and inquiries and reports them immediately to the supervisor; **4.** Organizes products in freezers, keeping them clean, as well as all utensils used for handling ice cream; **5.** Prepares and serves beverages (coffee, juices, and milkshakes) according to received orders; **6.** Bakes and restocks savory snacks as needed (only in snack bars); **7.** Performs maintenance, organization, and cleaning of the store; **8.** Assists in the monthly store inventory; Performs other related tasks at the discretion of the immediate supervisor.
