Focus on customer satisfaction **Key Responsibilities:** =========================== * Wear the standard store identification (badge and uniform) provided upon onboarding; * Greet customers in the store for the purpose of providing service; * Follow correct procedures per system for contract opening and closing; * Offer add-on services according to customer needs. * Respond to inquiries regarding the customer's reservation; * Review rental contracts to identify data and verify compliance; * Open and close rental contracts using customer and reservation data, to formally record service engagement. * Check inventory availability to provide vehicles as requested by the customer. * Verify the signature of the contract holder/driver on the digital contract and validate the upload of the driver's license (CNH) document into the system. **Mandatory Requirements:** ---------------------------- * Completed high school education; * Customer service or sales experience; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to interact effectively with customers; * Basic knowledge of sales systems and Microsoft Office suite. **Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous):** ---------------------------------------- * Prior experience in retail stores; * Basic or intermediate English proficiency; * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure; * Proactivity and focus on customer satisfaction.
