Here, we believe that our business growth means growth for our people. **Come build an incredible future with us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise workshop activities, ensuring services are delivered according to quality, safety, and productivity standards; * Lead and develop the technical team, monitoring performance, productivity, and goal achievement; * Plan and assign tasks among technicians and mechanics, ensuring optimal use of workshop resources; * Monitor service order (SO) progress, ensuring timely completion and delivery quality; * Ensure compliance with internal processes, technical procedures, and manufacturer standards; * Collaborate with the technical consulting and after-sales teams to guarantee customer satisfaction; * Promote a safe, organized, and results-oriented work environment; * Identify process improvement opportunities and implement actions to enhance workshop operational efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience managing technical teams; * Experience in the automotive sector, preferably in dealerships or workshops; * Knowledge of automotive maintenance processes, diagnostics, and repairs; * Leadership, organizational, and people management skills; * Proficiency in computer applications and management systems; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Additional Information** * Business hours; * Dental plan; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Emotional health program; * Discounts on products from our portfolio; * Corporate training; * Professional development plan.
