To join our team, you must: align with our purpose of caring for people, enjoy challenges, demonstrate initiative, empathy, and the desire to drive change. **\#WeAreUnIncríveis \#UnimedWayOfCaring** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage internal requests for architectural studies and projects; * Prepare preliminary studies and functional layouts for administrative and clinical areas; * Develop pre-construction and construction-phase projects, including construction detailing; * Create perspectives and 3D images for technical validation and decision support; * Coordinate architectural projects with complementary disciplines (structural, electrical, HVAC, medical gases, among others); * Provide technical supervision of construction and renovation works, ensuring compliance with approved designs; * Participate in technical meetings with internal clients, suppliers, and designers; * Prepare periodic construction status reports, analyzing schedule, cost, and quality; * Identify deviations and propose appropriate technical solutions; * Perform preliminary cost estimates for construction and renovation projects; * Prepare material quantity take-offs and technical specifications; * Support technical quotation processes and comparative analysis of proposals; * Issue purchase requests in the corporate system, per the approved scope; * Provide technical support to Maintenance, Hospitality, and Clinical Engineering departments; * Ensure projects meet clinical requirements, operational workflows, safety, and infection control standards; * Contribute to continuous improvement of hospital physical environments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; * Active registration with the Council of Architecture and Urbanism (CAU); * Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience; * Knowledge of applicable sanitary and regulatory standards; * Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software; * Solid understanding of budgeting and quantity take-off methodologies. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in healthcare or hospital projects; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS** **Health and Well-being:** health and dental plans, Equilíbrio Program, endomarketing initiatives, birthday day off **Allowances:** meal allowance, childcare allowance, reduced-fare transportation voucher, life insurance **Development:** education incentives, technical and behavioral training programs **Advantage Club:** exclusive benefits through our partner network We are a benchmark in excellence in care.
