




Oversee store opening, operations, and closing, ensuring correct execution of procedures. Lead the service and kitchen teams during the shift, assigning tasks, guiding staff, and ensuring discipline and engagement. Monitor cash handling routines, including opening, sales tracking, cash withdrawals, and closing. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and beverages, reporting restocking needs and preventing stockouts. Ensure store organization, cleanliness, and hygiene, inspecting equipment, machinery, and utensils. Oversee delivery and counter operations, ensuring preparation time, product quality, and service standards. Assist in training new employees, reinforcing operational procedures and quality standards. Conduct onboarding and training for new service staff. Report to management on team performance, critical situations, required maintenance, and shift incidents. Support implementation of disciplinary measures and ensure accurate reporting of absences, tardiness, and leave. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, good handling practices, and internal company procedures.
