Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide front desk service to guests in person or by phone, recording their requests and forwarding them to the relevant departments. Provide information about the local area, tourist attractions, restaurants, and other points of interest for guests. Process guest check-in, room changes, walk-ins, and check-out. Monitor and control access to hotel premises by guests and visitors. Receive payments and enter them into the system. Make reservations for guests, either in person, by phone, or via email.
