To join our team, you must: align with our purpose of caring for people, enjoy challenges, demonstrate initiative, empathy, and a desire to drive transformation. **\#WeAreUnIncríveis \#UnimedWayOfCaring** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Compound antineoplastic medications; * Dispense antineoplastic medications; * Monitor pharmacotherapy; * Ensure safety, efficacy, and quality of cancer treatment; * Identify, prevent, advise on, and monitor adverse reactions; * Promote integration among patients, their families, and clinical teams; * Attend medical rounds and clinical case discussions; * Receive prescriptions and prepare all medications requested by the medical team; * Restock medication shelves, checking expiration dates and verifying physical inventory against system records; * Store, verify, and sort specific equipment such as syringes, IV solutions, medical supplies, and others received from the Central Pharmacy (CAF); * Verify materials used in each patient’s treatment and record them in the system; * Assemble kits per medical prescription, separating medications and specific equipment for procedures; * Monitor storage temperatures of medications and supplies; * Restock emergency carts daily; * Organize inventory, reconciling physical items with system records. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy; * Basic Microsoft Office skills; * Fundamental knowledge of hospital pharmacy (dispensing medications and medical-hospital supplies); * Basic understanding of inventory control, high-alert medications, antineoplastics, and psychotropics. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate specialization (latu sensu) in Oncology accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); * Oncology residency completed in programs accredited by the MEC; * Specialist certification issued by SOBRAFO – Brazilian Society of Oncology Pharmacists; * MBA in budgetary control and inventory management. **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS** **Health and Well-being:** health and dental insurance, Gympass, Equilíbrio Program, endomarketing initiatives **Allowances:** meal allowance, childcare allowance, reduced-cost transportation voucher, life insurance **Development:** education incentives, technical and behavioral training **Advantage Club:** exclusive benefits through our partner network We are a reference in excellence in care.
