To join our team, you must: align with our purpose of caring for people, enjoy challenges, demonstrate initiative, empathy, and a desire to drive transformation. **\#WeAreUnIncríveis \#UnimedWayOfCaring** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive and verify invoices against purchase orders, assisting with unloading if necessary; * Scan product barcodes and assign codes if required; * Track product batch numbers and expiration dates using invoices when requested; * Register new products in the system and adjust inventory balances for existing items as needed; * Record inventory deductions and report estimated delivery times; * Assist in recording invoice reversals, issuing return notes, and registering order cancellations; * Verify requested quantities and product entries in the computerized inventory control system; * Verify product brands and respective laboratories; * Inspect product quality and physical condition, ensuring no tampering or damage; * Generate and apply identification labels (for materials and medications), including alerts for items nearing expiration; * Store and organize products on shelves according to established standards, considering product lines and pharmaceutical forms, temperature-sensitive items, available layout, and risk zones; * File documents and maintain departmental order, ensuring quality and organization in product storage; * Support physical inventory control of medications or other supplies; * Dispense medications, OPMEs, or other supplies in accordance with Good Practices and medical prescriptions; * Participate in inventory processes whenever requested, verifying goods receipts and shipments, performing stock counts to ensure continuous control of stored merchandise. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in hospital pharmacies, clinical pharmacies, or pharmacy chains; * Basic knowledge of medications, dosages, and pharmaceutical forms; * Proficiency in data entry and verification; * Ability to work in teams and follow strict procedures. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical Pharmacy course; * Experience with inventory management systems. **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday) **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS** **Health and Well-being:** health and dental insurance, Equilíbrio Program, endomarketing initiatives, birthday day off **Allowances:** meal allowance, childcare allowance, reduced fare transportation allowance, life insurance **Development:** education incentives, technical and behavioral training **Advantage Club:** exclusive benefits through our partners We are a benchmark in excellence in care.
