Opportunity to develop commercial and technical skills We are seeking a dynamic professional for external operations, including in-store customer service, opening new partnerships, and providing technical guidance on equipment handling. The role is 100% external, with support from regional offices. Responsibilities * Direct in-store customer service; * Prospecting and establishing new partnerships; * Training and guidance to customers on equipment usage; * Completion of daily external routes. Requirements * Valid Category A driver's license; * Personal motorcycle with up-to-date documentation; * Completed high school education; * Residence in Maceió – AL; * Basic computer skills; * Strong communication skills, agility, and familiarity with the local geography; * Availability for travel; * Prior experience in sales, commercial roles, or customer service is preferred. Compensation and Benefits * Base salary: R$ 1.564,00 * Vehicle rental allowance: R$ 578,00 * Hazard pay allowance: R$ 469,20 * Meal voucher: R$ 29,00 per day * Additional benefits: fuel allowance, Gympass, paid vacation, and 13th-month salary * All expenses related to CNPJ registration fully covered by the employer Work Schedule * 44 hours per week * Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM to 06:00 PM * Saturday: 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Payment: Starting from R$1.564,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
