If this position resonates with you—and you are equally passionate about your work—come explore the challenge Bauducco is offering you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **A typical day includes:** Assisting machine operators; Assisting in preparation and separation of raw materials and packaging materials; Supplying machines with required materials; Cleaning machines, equipment, and utensils necessary for production; Maintaining an organized workplace; Assisting in packaging machine operations; Monitoring packaging sealing standards; Filling boxes with product and transferring them to the conveyor belt; Preparing palletization of boxes and labeling; Recording production data in electronic systems; Using the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) quality and productivity system tool. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** Minimum Education Level: Completed High School; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in teams; Experience in the food industry is a plus. Must be available to work at Bauducco’s factory in Rio Largo, located at Lot.
