Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, including painting, hydraulic and civil repairs, and equipment inspections in a hotel environment. Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance service orders. Paint walls, ceilings, floors, doors, grilles, furniture, machines, and other objects. Repair ceramic cladding, doors, windows, locks, faucets, roofs, and ceilings. Fix leaks in water, sewage, and rainwater piping systems. Conduct routine inspections of machines and equipment. Clean and treat swimming pools.
