WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A JUNIOR OPERATIONS LEADER? * Coordinate operational processes and allocate workforce to optimize available resources, maximize sector utilization and profitability, and ensure fulfillment of customer and company needs. * Develop activity planning for your area and manage existing resources to ensure alignment with organizational requirements. * Allocate workforce to optimize available resources, maximize sector utilization and profitability, and ensure fulfillment of customer needs. * Maintain regular contact with customers to identify opportunities for service improvement and establish action plans to resolve issues. * Analyze productivity per team and per sector by reviewing appropriate spreadsheets to assess incoming cargo demand and schedule sector activities. * Supervise the comparison of file data against invoice (NF) data to verify that files are ready to generate Electronic Transport Documents (CT-e). * Support other operational activities in your area by guiding and clarifying questions regarding company processes and standards. * Perform other related tasks as requested by your immediate supervisor.
