Job Summary: Manage and control the company's vehicle fleet and team accommodations, ensuring logistical support and operational resource optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on process control and organization Fleet Supervisor / 1 Position(s) / Maceió / AL Responsibilities * Control and manage owned and leased vehicles; * Register and maintain vehicle documentation; * Monitor maintenance, fueling, traffic fines, damages, and accidents; * Verify invoices and costs related to the fleet; * Manage team accommodations/boarding houses for construction sites, controlling occupancy, usage conditions, and maintenance; * Ensure logistical support to teams and operational resource optimization. Requirements * Must reside in Maceió – AL * Driver’s license Category B, C, or D (mandatory) * Completed elementary or high school education * Experience as a Fleet Supervisor and in fleet control and management * Skills in managing owned and leased vehicle fleets, preventive and corrective maintenance control, cost and invoice verification, and management of construction site accommodations/boarding houses * Organizational skills, focus on process control, resource optimization, responsibility, and discipline Salary R$ 2700 Benefits Transportation allowance; Meal allowance; Life insurance; Gympass. Work Shift Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1-hour break) Job Type: Permanent CLT contract Payment: R$2.700,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
