Technical Documentation Preparation **Responsibilities:** -------------------- * Team Supervision: Coordinate, guide, and monitor the work of civil construction professionals on site. * Resource Control: Manage the use of materials, equipment, supplies, and the physical layout of the construction site. * Schedule Management: Administer the project activity schedule, ensuring timely completion of planned tasks. * Inspection: Monitor the execution of construction phases, service quality, and compliance with technical standards and occupational safety regulations. * Documentation Preparation: Prepare technical documentation and work orders related to project progress. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Technical knowledge in civil construction; * Logistics management at construction sites; * Ability to train and develop personnel; * Must be literate for reading drawings and specifications. * Results-oriented mindset and conflict management skills; * Availability to work from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, in Tabuleiro do Martins, Maceió. Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level)
