Inclusive and collaborative environment Responsible, under constant supervision, for developing technical, social, organizational, and methodological skills to perform supporting, manual, and administrative tasks within the following areas: Human Resources, Unit Administration, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, LEX, and MKT—carrying out assigned activities in compliance with technical procedures and the Company’s safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1) Perform tasks assigned by supervisors and aligned with the training curriculum, involving supporting, manual, and administrative work across Human Resources, Unit Administration, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, LEX, and MKT, under continuous guidance from the designated supervisor. 2) Propose improvements to learning activities assigned by supervisors. 3) Identify proactive actions that contribute to the effective execution of tasks under one’s responsibility. 4) Assist with reception and public service activities across different Company departments, in accordance with established procedures and instructions received. 5) Maintain organized files. 6) Type documentation. 7) Perform other related tasks of equivalent difficulty level within one’s learning track, as requested. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in Elementary or High School Hello, we are BAT Brasil!
