We are looking for a **Senior CRM Analyst** to strengthen our relationship, personalization, and loyalty strategies, working collaboratively across Marketing, Operations, Product, and Technology. **Your challenge will be to transform data into decisions**, overseeing the end-to-end customer journey and ensuring timely, accurate communications—focused on conversion, retention, and profitability. **Key responsibilities:** * Analyze, structure, and maintain customer databases in the CRM, ensuring data quality, segmentation, and compliance with LGPD; * Monitor the customer journey and support communication strategies throughout the customer lifecycle; * Track and analyze email marketing, SMS, and push campaigns, proposing improvements to maximize ROI; * Develop reports and analyses of KPIs such as churn rate, LTV, and purchase frequency; * Map and optimize the customer experience across physical and digital channels; * Conduct A/B tests and propose new engagement and personalization approaches; * Collaborate with IT to integrate CRM with ERP, e-commerce, and POS systems; * Provide technical and usability support for the platform to headquarters and store teams; * Support the Relationship Management goal plan with data-driven analyses and forecasts; * Perform advanced customer behavior analyses, including clustering and purchase propensity modeling. **What we’re looking for:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Statistics, or related fields; * Experience with CRM platforms and data analysis tools; * Advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge of LGPD; * Experience or familiarity with retail (Home Center / MatCon); * SQL proficiency and experience with BI tools such as Qlik Sense and Power BI are a plus. **Here, you’ll have room to innovate**, propose improvements, and act strategically—directly contributing to enhanced customer experience and business results. **Excited by this challenge?
