




The Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and closing equipment rental contracts for the construction industry. This role involves direct customer service, presenting solutions that meet project needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and achieving the unit's sales targets. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Conduct **prospecting of new customers** and maintain an active client portfolio. * Serve customers in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp, presenting the **equipment portfolio available for rent**. * Prepare **quotations, commercial proposals, and rental contracts**, ensuring compliance with company policies. * Negotiate **prices, deadlines, and commercial terms**, always aiming to maximize results while maintaining appropriate margins. * Monitor the **progress of rentals**, ensuring customer satisfaction through equipment return. * Maintain up-to-date records of **orders, renewals, and returns**. * Collaborate with **logistics, finance, and maintenance teams** to ensure smooth delivery and pickup operations. * Record transactions and customer interactions in the internal system (ERP/CRM). * Perform **after-sales follow-up**, seeking feedback and identifying new rental opportunities. * Achieve the company-defined **monthly sales targets and performance indicators**. * Represent the company ethically and professionally, safeguarding its image and customer relationships.
