If you enjoy working on the factory floor, have a practical mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and want to grow within a collaborative, dynamic environment that values safety, care for people, and constant evolution, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Legal and Document Management** * Monitor and track expiration deadlines for documentation required by current legislation, such as health permits, PPRA/PGR, PCMSO, AVCB, pest control records, technical reports, CIPA, ergonomic assessments, operating licenses, and other legal requirements. * Prepare and submit the monthly controlled products report periodically, in accordance with applicable legislation. * Update PPRA/PGR with newly introduced job roles, assessing risks and proposing preventive measures together with managers. * Review, validate, and forward for payment invoices from service providers linked to the Occupational Safety area. **Occupational and Social Security Health** * Monitor the PCMSO monthly in coordination with the responsible clinic. * Schedule and follow up on admission, periodic, job-change, return-to-work, and termination medical examinations. * Support employees on leave from Social Security—including medical evaluations—and maintain contact to organize their return to work upon clearance. **Accident Prevention and Safety** * Assess workplace accidents, administer first aid when necessary, and accompany employees to medical treatment. * Analyze root causes and environmental conditions, proposing preventive actions to avoid recurrence. * Monitor, inspect, and document safety non-conformities across production areas, administrative offices, warehouses, maintenance zones, entrances, locker rooms, and other departments. * Inspect fire protection equipment to ensure regulatory compliance and proper functionality. **PPEs and Safety Equipment** * Distribute, register, and control the issuance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Train employees on correct usage and conduct periodic inspections to ensure proper use. **Training, CIPA, and Awareness** * Develop and deliver admission and periodic training sessions, including integration for third-party contractors and visitors. * Promote campaigns, lectures, and educational initiatives on occupational safety and hygiene. * Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented actions. * Collaborate with CIPA, reviewing observations, proposing corrective and preventive actions, and supporting SIPAT organization. **Continuous Improvement and Organization** * Contribute to improving processes related to Occupational Safety or those interfacing with the area. * Maintain organization of the workplace, equipment, and tools, requesting maintenance when needed. * Perform other related duties as required by the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Legislation and Regulations** * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation applicable to Occupational Safety. * Proficiency in Regulatory Standards (NRs). * Experience implementing prevention programs such as CIPA and SIPAT. **Technical and Legal Documentation** * Preparation, interpretation, and monitoring of legal documents: PPRA/PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, technical reports, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) reports. * Document organization and control for audits, permits, inspections, and regulatory oversight. **Risk Analysis and Prevention** * Assessment of environmental and occupational hazards. * Investigation and analysis of accidents and incidents, including proposal of preventive and corrective actions. * Basic knowledge of ergonomics and ergonomic job analysis. **PPEs, Collective Protection Equipment (CPE), and Critical Activities** * Management, control, and guidance regarding the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protection Equipment (CPE). * Issuance of Work Permits (WP) and supervision of critical activities. **Emergency Response and First Aid** * Basic first aid knowledge. * Knowledge of fire prevention and suppression. * Ability to read and interpret Safety Data Sheets (SDS/FISPQ). **Training and Awareness** * Development, delivery, and evaluation of safety training programs. * Participation in educational campaigns and awareness initiatives. **Tools and Systems** * Proficiency in computer tools and spreadsheets (Excel). * Use of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management systems. **Additional Information** **Essential Benefits** ------------------------- * **Transportation Allowance or Fuel Voucher:** Flexible option for commuting, with deductions capped at just 6%, per law. * **Meal Voucher:** R$521.00\.
