We are looking for a talent to assume the role of Tactical Executive, Operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities to be performed:** * Supervise the activities of the Integrated Operations Center (IOC), ensuring compliance with operational procedures, technical standards, and industry best practices in the electric power sector—with focus on service continuity, quality, and reliability. * Monitor, in real time, technical and commercial indicators of the electric power system, identifying deviations, anomalies, and trends to enable agile and accurate actions aimed at maintaining operational efficiency and continuous process improvement. * Evaluate the effectiveness of action plans implemented in operations using quality methodologies and tools, with the objective of implementing adjustments, mitigating failures, and optimizing operational performance. * Break down corporate goals into clear, measurable operational objectives, ensuring strategic alignment, team engagement, and proper execution of company guidelines. * Ensure standardization of operational activities by disseminating and implementing technical standards, procedures, and best practices, guaranteeing uniformity, safety, and regulatory compliance in electric system operations. * Collaborate integrally with operations, maintenance, and network services areas to promote technical and strategic alignment, as well as synergy among teams involved in operational processes. * Plan and size the IOC staffing structure, considering operational demands, activity complexity, and required technical competencies—ensuring appropriate resource allocation and operational efficiency. * Analyze electric system performance against recorded incidents, identifying root causes and operational impacts, and proposing corrective and preventive actions to improve power supply quality and reliability. * Plan and oversee, in partnership with Human Resources, technical training and capacity-building programs aimed at continuously developing essential competencies for electric system operations. * Prepare, consolidate, and validate managerial and operational reports containing critical analyses, performance indicators, and strategic recommendations to support senior management decision-making. * Maintain institutional relationships with regulatory bodies and electric sector entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and appropriate technical dialogue. * Participate in technical meetings, committees, and internal and external forums, contributing analyses and proposals focused on continuous operational improvement and achievement of corporate results. * Act as the company’s legal representative in judicial and administrative proceedings when requested by the Legal Department, ensuring proper representation of technical and operational aspects. * Ensure effective use of operational monitoring and control systems and tools, guaranteeing information reliability and prompt response to critical situations. * Promote a culture of operational safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement within the IOC, encouraging practices that reduce risks and elevate operational performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education Level:** * Completed Bachelor’s Degree **Required Field of Study:** * Programs in Exact Sciences or Applied Social Sciences **Courses and Specializations (Desirable):** * Postgraduate degree in Project Management or related fields **Technical Competencies:** * Experience supervising operations at Electric Power System Control Centers, including real-time monitoring, incident management, and response to operational contingencies. * Experience leading technical operational teams—including staffing sizing, action plan definition, performance tracking, and team development. * Experience developing, implementing, and managing technical and commercial indicators—with emphasis on operational efficiency, power supply continuity, and quality. * Experience representing the company institutionally in technical committees, judicial hearings, and interactions with regulatory agencies and electric sector entities—ensuring adequate defense of the company’s operational interests. * Knowledge of Electric Power Systems (EPS) operation—including applicable technical, regulatory, and best-practice standards for the electricity distribution segment. * Familiarity with supervision, control, and automation systems for electric networks—such as SCADA, GIS, and telecontrol systems. * Knowledge of operational process management, preparation of technical reports, indicator analysis, and evaluation of electric system performance. * Knowledge of methodologies for sizing operational
