Monitor and support construction supervision, tracking schedules, meetings, and action plans; Assist in preparing and disseminating the monthly Planning Report and manage the project and technical documentation platform; Track and control Technical Reports, providing technical support during Works Acceptance and critical analysis of Data Books; Support interface with Procurement for strategic material management; Monitor quality standards, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and compliance with internal regulations; Conduct site inspections, monitor services, and support measurements, indicator analyses, and performance reports; Assist in contract, supplier, procurement, and material, input, and equipment control management; Prepare budgets and technical reports to support decision-making. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Completed Technical Education or Currently Enrolled in Undergraduate Studies **Field:** Technical Course in Building Construction or Undergraduate Degree in Civil Engineering. Desirable Requirements ✎ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (basic or intermediate level), especially Excel and PowerPoint; ✎ Experience with ERP SAP (modules for materials, procurement, or maintenance); ✎ Familiarity with Planning Software (MS Project, Primavera P6 or similar); ✎ Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting construction, electrical, and mechanical drawings; ✎ Knowledge of AutoCAD or technical drawing tools; ✎ Experience with Construction Management Systems or project/documentation platforms; ✎ Basic understanding of budgeting and cost composition; ✎ Basic knowledge of OHS applied to construction sites; ✎ Understanding of procurement processes, material control, and construction logistics; ✎ Ability to prepare technical reports and performance indicators.
