Manage promotions, ensuring correct budgeting and authorizations, as well as monitoring expiration dates. Register items in the system (Part Numbers) and understand tax structures for HW, SW, and Services. Provide responsive support to Sales, Sales Operations, manufacturers, and other internal departments. Manage SKU configuration and price change processes. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. Assist with updates to the supplier portal and implementation of sales incentives and engagement initiatives. Update manufacturer price lists in the system and generate POS reports according to distribution agreement requirements. Ensure manufacturer-related documents are up\-to\-date in SharePoint. Understand manufacturer policies, including channel plans and opportunity mapping.\~ Update Price Lists (PL), add new products, update prices\/categories, and remove discontinued items. Support basic day\-to\-day operations, assisting Commercial and Operations teams. Participate in meetings and alignment sessions to learn strategic aspects and grow professionally.
