We are looking for professionals to fill the position of **Maintenance Technician**, contributing to safe, humanized care aligned with best practices. Here, you will join a team committed to the quality of care and patient experience, working collaboratively with a constant focus on excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive electrical maintenance services for building systems, including lamp replacement, luminaire repairs, socket repairs, distribution board repairs, inspections of gas systems, generators, and substations; * Assemble, adjust, install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and appliances; * Assemble and maintain electrical installations in apartments, offices, and departments; * Install and maintain medium- and low-voltage electrical power distribution networks; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment; * Conduct elevator user rescues, perform basic elevator maintenance procedures, and activate elevators; * Perform generator set inspection and activation, read measurement instruments at substations, control floor lighting, and perform basic maintenance on nursing call centers, serum pagers, and similar devices; * Repair equipment using electric resistance, such as thermal carts/kitchen units, coffee makers, thermal counters, and install/repair low- and high-voltage electrical installations and lighting. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Building Electrician training course; * Valid NR10 and SEP certifications; * Experience in the field/function. **Additional Information** * You may be assigned to opportunities at the **ARTHUR RAMOS** unit. * We offer various shifts (day and/or night), aligned with your availability; * Initial training is provided during business hours — availability for this phase is essential. * Here, you’ll receive a comprehensive benefits package designed for your well-being and development: * **Medical assistance** *(extended to dependents);* * **Dental assistance** *(extended to dependents);* * **Meal allowance***;* * **Rede D'Or Partnership Club** *(exclusive discounts and benefits);* * **Life insurance;** * **Partnership agreements with companies;** * **Access to Rede D'Or Academy training programs** *(continuous development);* * **Performance bonus** *(subject to achievement and eligibility).* We are leaders in healthcare across Latin America, with hospitals, oncology clinics, and services present in all regions of Brazil.
