If you are driven by challenges, adapt well to change, and wish to be part of a project that positively impacts the world, join the **\#TeamOfTheFuture!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prospect and develop new distributors and potential retail stores within the operational region; * Plan and execute periodic in-person visits; * Ensure distributors are fully equipped to correctly commercialize the brand’s products; * Manage point-of-sale (POS) and standardize the brand’s presence at distributor locations; * Actively drive **sell-in** and **sell-out** growth; * Develop and manage relationships with architects, engineers, construction companies, and specifiers; * Promote correct specification and application of Vinyl Ceilings in residential, commercial, and corporate projects; * Prospect and retain clients in the engineering and civil construction sector; * Provide technical consultancy, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations; * Negotiate and close contracts aligned with customer needs; * Manage sales pipeline, monitor construction projects, and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction; * Conduct training sessions, workshops, and technical/commercial activities; * Record all activities and interactions in the **CRM**, among other responsibilities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **BASIC REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Valid driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel; * 03 openings, intended for professionals residing in the Capital, Interior, or Coastal regions of the State of São Paulo, as per position requirements. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Excellent communication skills and ability to influence clearly and objectively; * Strong commercial profile and experience in construction finishing materials; * Experience with CRM systems (TOTVS / Protheus) and Microsoft Office Suite; * Hands-on experience in technical specification within the civil construction sector; * Experience in business development, commercial expansion, or branch management; * Data analysis, strategic planning, and performance indicator management skills; * Collaborative, organized, and results-oriented profile. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance; * Birthday day off; * Life insurance; * Continuous development through internal and external training programs; * Company health plan: 50% covered by the company and 50% covered by the employee (optional); * Housing assistance (for employees relocating outside their family residence); * Business hours from Monday to Friday (44 hours per week). **Be part of something extraordinary!** Are you driven by innovation and big challenges?
